This page covers this website: the free tools on it and the triage form. It is not the privacy policy for any Chrome extension. The privacy policy guide is a different thing — it explains what reviewers look for in your extension's policy.
Who runs this site
PC Wise AI. Email: xbasic1515@naver.com. You can write to us before sending anything through a form — you do not have to submit data to reach us.
The tools do not upload what you paste
The manifest checker, the privacy policy generator and the rejection decoder run entirely in your browser. What you paste into those tools is not sent to us and never leaves your device.
The triage form is the exception. Anything you type into it — including a manifest or a rejection email — is sent to us, because that is how we read it and reply.
What the triage form stores
| Field | Required | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name or company | Optional | So a reply is not addressed to nobody |
| Email (or phone) | Required | To send the reply |
| Your message | Required | The manifest, rejection email, or question we read |
| Which page you sent it from | Sent by the form | To know what you were reading. This value is filled in by the page, so it is not verified server-side. |
| Country or region code | Automatic | Whatever Cloudflare reports with the request; we store it as received |
| Time of submission | Automatic | To answer in order |
That is the whole record. We do not store your browser user-agent, and we do not run advertising or analytics scripts from other companies on this site.
Your IP address
We do not store your IP address. To stop one machine from flooding the form, we take the IP, run it through SHA-256 with a site-specific prefix, keep only the first 8 bytes of the result, and use that as a counter key. That counter is deleted automatically after 2 hours. The original IP is never written down.
Page view counts
Each page increments a plain number, keyed by the page path and the date — for example
cws:hit:2026-08-26:/preflight. There is no cookie, no identifier, and no way to tie a count back
to a person. If you arrived from a link carrying a recognised source tag, that tag is counted the same way — as a separate number, with no page or person attached.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: 180 days, then the storage deletes them automatically.
- Rate-limit counters: 2 hours.
- Page view counts: 90 days. They contain no personal data.
- Our email inbox. If we reply to you by email, your address and the quoted text also sit in that mailbox. Ask us to delete it and we delete the mailbox copy too, not just the stored record.
Who else touches it
The site and its storage run on Cloudflare (opens in a new tab) (Pages and Workers KV), which processes the data on our behalf and may store it outside your country. We do not sell data, we do not share it with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We reply to what you asked and that is the end of it unless you write again.
What you can ask for
Email xbasic1515@naver.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Tell us the email address you used so we can find it. We may ask one or two questions to confirm the request really comes from you — otherwise anyone who knew your address could have your data shown or deleted. We will not ask for an ID document.
If you would rather not send anything at all, everything on this site works without a form: the manifest checker, the policy generator, the rejection decoder and the ID lookup all run in your browser.
